A 2-Minute Morning Habit That Calmed My Overthinking

No noise yet. Still… tired. This small habit is for those mornings. Who this is for This is for you if: You wake up feeling restless for no clear reason Your mind starts listing worries before breakfast You want calm, but not meditation, not chanting, not effort Just something gentle. What I use I use a small rose quartz palm stone . Nothing fancy. It fits inside the hand. That’s important. How I use it (very simple) Morning (2 minutes): Sit on the bed Hold the stone in your palm Close your eyes Breathe slowly No affirmations. No thoughts to control. That’s it.
